It is this commitment, that made us an organization that scaled from 21% women employees in 2016 to 32% in a span of 4 years. Giving each one an equal opportunity to thrive and grow, we endeavor to lead by example and aspire to reach 50% women in the leadership team by 2023.

Better Together

Sodexo is committed to building a Better Tomorrow for everyone, which is why we developed the Better Tomorrow 2025 Commitments. One of the three focus areas of Better Tomorrow is Gender Equality. Our gender-agnostic policies and people initiatives promote an inclusive culture. In September 2019, Sodexo BRS India’s CEO signed the Women Empowerment Principles (WEP) by United Nations for Women Council, to fulfil its purpose and commitment to drive gender equality in the organization.
